The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is designed to harmonise data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU citizens data privacy and to reshape the way organisations across the region approach data privacy.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the C.M. Lerici Foundation in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency in order protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons.

The data controller is the C.M. Lerici Foundation.

When you send us your application, you must be aware that you are voluntarily giving us information. This may include either your name, email address, phone number, physical address or details regarding the organisation you work for, your title or occupation, location, etc. 

The processing of provided data is carried out by the members and the staff of the Foundation in a mixed mode (both manual and automated). We store your data both in a digital and a paper archive.

The concerned persons can request to access their personal data and to rectify them. For questions or complaints, the persons concerned can contact the Foundation directly.

In order to evaluate the scholarship’s applications and literature supports, the Lerici Foundation stores the personal data of each proposal and their application.
